Approximate duration

40 minutes, the duration and itinerary of the journey may be modified if the weather and/or the state of the sea so recommend, if the captain considers that the comfort and/or safety of our passengers is not the most appropriate. The partial or total refund of the ticket will be made or the date of enjoyment of your experience will be changed.

Itxastur S.L. reserves the right to modify or to cancel the activity and/or part of the route and/or duration of the journey if the skippers and/or crew consider that the weather conditions are not suitable for navigation and put the comfort and safety of passengers at risk. (For us safety comes first). If it happens that once the voyage has begun, the decision is made to return to port, the partial or complete payment of the journey will be made according to what has been enjoyed up to that moment. The client may change the date of enjoyment of the ticket or the refund of the money if the corresponding route has to be cancelled.
